Sothys USA has announced the appointment of Jessica Heron as national trainer. Heron is a beauty veteran with 18 years of experience under her belt and a resume that includes Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas and Ilike Organic Skin Care. In her new position, Heron will help train Sothys professionals in the U.S., Latin American and Caribbean markets. Spilo Worldwide has appointed Nikola Cline as vice president of marketing. Cline brings nearly 20 years of beauty industry experience to her new role, including stints at Paul Mitchell, Sebastian and Nexxus. As vice president, Cline will help in the development of strategic marketing programs and product innovation. Noel Asmar has announced Craig McGlynn as its new vice president of sales and ecommerce. McGlynn is seasoned in sales and management, and most recently worked for Amazon.com.
