here's no doubt about it: We all want to achieve our best look while spending the

chemical-based peels as part of their quest for smooth, beautiful complexions. "The
problem is, chemical peels aren't instant," says Marya Khalil-Otto, CEO of VI Aesthetics.
"The more aggressive it is, the more downtime needed." In addition, aging clients often discount
their skin's slowing ability to heal, points out DermAware founder Gül Zone. "Oftentimes, peels
are performed without this consideration, which extends the rate of recovery," she adds.
